These Terms govern your use of LaunchOrbit at launchorbit.co (the “Site”), operated by the Site’s owner (“we”, “us”). By publishing a launch or otherwise using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site.
LaunchOrbit is a single shared canvas where accounts publish products. Each account may claim up to five free launches at the standard tile size. Premium Launch and Premium+ start with twice the Free tile area. An optional verified LaunchOrbit badge and public X/Twitter launch post can increase tile size up to the Premium limit. The right to display content in the tile lasts for as long as the Site operates, subject to these Terms. You are not buying any intellectual property in the Site, real estate, a security, or any financial instrument. Canvas positions are ranked by upvotes and may change as votes change.
Publishing a tile requires signing in with your email and password or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your account. Each account may claim up to five free tiles; creating multiple accounts to claim more free tiles is not permitted and any extra free tiles may be removed.
Premium Launch is a fixed one-time payment of $19. Premium+ is a fixed one-time payment of $39 and includes two weeks of Featured placement after approval, subject to availability. Featured placement is labeled separately and does not affect canvas rank. Prices are shown at checkout and payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details.
Approved launches are ordered by upvote count and packed outward from the canvas center. When upvote counts tie, the earlier launch ranks first, followed by a stable identifier. Canvas positions may change when votes change. Paid launches do not buy rank. We do not guarantee any particular position, visibility, adjacency, or level of traffic. Paid launches remain on the canvas permanently unless removed for a policy violation or refund.
You retain ownership of the artwork you create or upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, downscale, re-encode, and publicly display your content on and in connection with the Site (including social previews). You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to all content you submit and any link you attach, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or violate any law.
Every tile is reviewed before it appears. You may not submit content or links that are illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive or fraudulent (including impersonation, scams, or malware), or that violate the privacy or rights of others. We may reject, remove, or require changes to any tile at our discretion. Tiles removed for violating these Terms are not eligible for a refund.
You can edit your tile any time by signing back into your account. Edited tiles re-enter moderation and are hidden from the canvas until re-approved. We aim to review promptly but do not guarantee a specific turnaround time.
If something went wrong with your purchase, such as a double charge, a technical failure, or you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, contact support@launchorbit.co and we’ll make it right. Refunded purchases are removed from the canvas and the leaderboard. Refunds are not available for tiles removed for violating these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (in whole or in part) at any time, and may change these Terms or the pricing prospectively. Material changes take effect when posted here. If the Site is discontinued, tiles may cease to be displayed.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for content posted by other users or for third-party sites linked from tiles. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
